We help people all over Australia.
How we can help you
We can help you at home.
For example, with showering, getting dressed, cooking and cleaning.
Our nurses can help with health needs.
For example, with your medicine.
We can help you live in a shared home with support.
This is called Supported Independent Living or SIL.
We can help you go out and do things you enjoy.
For example, sport, classes or seeing friends.
A support coordinator can help you understand your NDIS plan.
They help you find the right services.
A plan manager can pay your bills from your NDIS plan.
They help you keep track of your money.
How to start

Or a family member, carer or support coordinator can call us for you.
You can also fill in our referral form on this website.
We will meet you.
We will talk about what you want help with.
We write down the support you will get.
This is called a service agreement.
Then your support starts.
Your rights
You choose the support you want.
You can change your mind at any time.
You should always feel safe and respected.
If you are not happy
You can tell us if you are not happy.
You will not get in trouble.
You can also tell the NDIS Commission.
