We collect information needed to provide safe, quality supports, such as your name, contact details, NDIS number and plan details, health and support needs, and contact details for family members, guardians or other providers.

How we use it

To plan, deliver and review your supports
To claim payment from the NDIS, your plan manager or you
To meet our legal and NDIS reporting obligations
To contact you about your services

Who we share it with

We only share your information with your consent, or where the law requires or allows it, for example with the NDIA, the NDIS Commission, your plan manager or emergency services.

Keeping it safe

We store information securely, limit access to staff who need it, and keep records only as long as required by law.
