NDIS plan management
We look after the paperwork, pay your providers on time and help you keep track of your NDIS budget.
What we do
Your NDIS funding, managed for you
A plan manager pays your providers from your NDIS plan and keeps track of your spending, so you donât have to deal with invoices and claims yourself. You still choose your providers and stay in control of your plan.
- Checking and paying your provider invoices
- Claiming payments from the NDIS for you
- Clear monthly statements showing what youâve spent and whatâs left
- Keeping track of your budget so your funding lasts the whole plan
- Answering your questions about invoices and budgets
- Reports to help you prepare for your plan reassessment

Why use a plan manager
More choice, less paperwork
More choice of providers
With plan management you can use registered providers, and unregistered providers where NDIS rules allow it.
No invoices to chase
Providers send their invoices to us. We check them against your plan and pay them, so you donât have to.
Know where your money is
You get a clear statement every month, and you can ask us about your budget at any time.

Good to know
Plan management questions
Does plan management cost me anything?
Plan management is funded by the NDIS in its own part of your plan. It doesnât come out of the money for your other supports.
Do I have to use Care Coveâs other services?
No. You can use Care Cove for plan management and choose any other providers you like. Your choice of providers is always yours.
Whatâs the difference between plan management and support coordination?
A plan manager looks after the money side: paying invoices and tracking spending. A support coordinator helps you use your plan: finding providers and solving problems. Many people have both. See support coordination.
Can I switch to Care Cove from another plan manager?
Yes. Tell your current plan manager youâre changing, then contact us and weâll help you move across.
Is NDIS plan management changing?
The Australian Government has announced a new approach to plan management starting from 1 October 2027, with a transition period. Nothing changes for you right now. Weâll contact you well before anything affects your plan. Read our guide to the 2026 NDIS changes.
